Upon joining one of Brazil’s largest financial institutions in 2011 at the age of 15, I gained my first exposure to a working environment where I developed my communication skills by engaging directly with customers and participating in internal meetings, in which I received feedback and shared ideas.

Having become interested in the industry, I attended college and earned a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration and Management. As a result of this degree, I have developed in-depth knowledge of Economics, Financial Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

At the beginning of my third year in college, I secured my work placement as an Administrative Assistant Intern in the public sector at Public Defender of the State of Sao Paulo, a legal institution that represents individuals who cannot afford to hire an attorney to defend themselves in a trial. The role was essential for me, as it gave me the opportunity to develop my organisational skills.
